Naffcool WD # 245 – Water Soluble Synthetic Oil for Wire
NAFFCOOL WD#245 is a synthetic compound for metal forming operations, especially for drawing applications. The synergistic effect of various additives provides extreme pressure, high strength boundary film lubrication, biodegradable emulsifier, rust inhibitors, polymer, high-temperature dispersant, etc. It is performance, pleasant working environment, and operators’ acceptance.

APPLICATION
Recommended dilution ratio with water is 1:10 for heavy drawing operations and complex part of ratio up to 1:15 for standard drawing operations. For simple part dilution ratio with water is 1:20. This product can be applied using hand spray guns, static and automatic spraying equipment.
